Budget and Economic Planning
Coordinates the preparation of the County Integrated Development Plan, Annual Development Plan and budget estimates.
Accounting and Financial Reporting
Manages treasury operations, payment processing, financial accounting and preparation of financial statements.
Revenue Management
Oversees local revenue collection, enforcement and revenue enhancement strategies.
Supply Chain Management
Handles all county procurement, stores management and asset disposal in accordance with PPADA 2015.
